Who Done It?

Do you love reading mysteries? Are you looking for new titles?

Join us for a monthly discussion of a mystery book.
We meet on Thursday, March 21st, at noon in the Fireplace Room. The Mystery Book Club has chosen to read Delivering the Truth by Edith Maxwell.

The author is making a special appearance to speak  about her book, her first Quaker Midwife Mystery, and how she integrates local history with the mystery.

Edith Maxwell, a former West Newbury resident, writes the Quaker Midwife Mysteries, the Local Foods Mysteries, and award-winning short crime fiction. As Maddie Day she writes the Country Store Mysteries and the Cozy Capers Book Group Mysteries. Maxwell, with seventeen novels in print and four more completed, has been nominated for an Agatha Award six times. She lives north of Boston with her beau and two elderly cats, and gardens and cooks when she isn’t killing people on the page or wasting time on Facebook.
